Team's Response

As the user has inputed unacceptable date/time, the user is prompted to start over by adding an event or doing something else.

Reason for disagreement: The absence of a feature allowing users to rectify an unacceptable end date/time without re-entering the entire command significantly diminishes user experience and operational efficiency. While the team's response indicates the system prompting users to start over by adding an event or performing another action, this method overlooks the practicality and usability aspects crucial for a seamless user interaction.

It's imperative to acknowledge that users might inadvertently input an incorrect end date/time due to various reasons, such as typographical errors or misinterpretation of the required format. In such cases, forcing users to begin the entire command again instead of allowing them to rectify the specific erroneous input is not only inconvenient but also inefficient.

The omission of this functionality contradicts user-friendly practices and usability standards. A more optimal approach would involve the system intelligently recognizing an unacceptable date/time input and prompting users specifically to correct the erroneous segment, maintaining continuity in the command flow. Allowing users to rectify the incorrect end date/time without restarting the entire command aligns with efficient user interaction principles.

Moreover, the absence of such a feature might discourage users and lead to frustration, especially in situations where correcting a single input mistake necessitates re-entering the entire command. This inefficiency poses a considerable barrier to user engagement and may adversely impact the system's usability and user adoption rates.
