  1. That's a client issue, you're going to need to find that part out yourself on a client sided work.

I do not find (speed Mothercare can release as quickly as possible)

You can't change the speed to be faster than the ticks. You can slow them down though at what they already are.

You can increase the number of food that the mother cell releases.
