They add it themselves, not everything you find on websites are open source or available to the public..

Also that link is a bot for Agar.io, not an experience subject for your website.

If you really want it, learn how to use MySQL and the queries to be called from your server to the database, it's not an easy job for some that are just learning. It'll take a while because you'll need to go through security and other fixes throughout the project. Realize one method you added won't work with something else. It's all just learning. MySQL isn't that hard to learn, so it's better to try.
