pull in protocol and call a few functions when we are panicing to stop other things in fluidnc.
stop errors from filling serial log

Testing:

I loaded up the maslow with a file, started it, then hit stop.
After reboot, loaded it up again and during the job I pulled an ethernet cable out

Both tests stopped the job after the current movement, which is all the software can do...

Works great for me! I wish that the stop button made the machine respond faster, but that's unrelated 😀
