Feature Request: Offer help functionality in select areas

What if after remaining stationary over a button for a few seconds a help pop-up shows that provides additional details regarding what the button does?

If that is not suitable what about a help menu/toggle that allows you to hover over buttons and shows the help dialog?

I think that is a fantastic idea. It can absolutely be confusing what things do and nobody wants to leave the program to read a guide somewhere.
