In order to keep track of each contribution that is made, we must devise a table to store the related data in a table

UUID
Data (difference between 2 data)
Author (UUID) (Foreign Key)
PrevVersion (UUID) (Primary Key) (The contribution to base it off of)
Timestamp (UNIX timestamp)
Reviewers (Dynamic Array of Foreign Keys) (Array of UUID)
