This Pull Request will merge the recent Accounts Rewrite into the master branch.

Sidenote, that this merge will also include rewrites to the Session System. Also changes are coming to use AccountManager.INSTANCE verses Loader.getAccountManager(). This change was started and will be finished in this merge.
