Save/Load the factions of the game #161

Basic idea/big picture The factions of a game should be persisted together with the map. So after loading a map the same factions are used as on the first play.

Technical background To save multiple files together I suggest to put them together in a folder.

Related issues/Prerequisites The persistance of the world was done in #96
