Can't pick up incomming calls #114

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Starting last week, my ATA2T + Sipsorcery + Sipgate can't pick up incoming
calls. The handset rang as usual when there was a incoming call. However after
I pressed the answer-phone-button I couldn't hear anything from the caller even
though the handset showed connected and the timer started to run. And at the
caller end, it seems nobody picking up the phone and the ring continued to run
until the voice mail prompt kicked off. What could by the possible cause for
this? I didn't change anything both hardware and software recently.

Hi Victor, thanks for opening a ticket. Have you checked in the SIP Sorcery
forum for other people experiencing this issue? As much as I hate to play this
card, this site was intended to support issues with the scripts, and even then
the scripts are generally only used for outbound calls. If you're able to place
outbound calls (and you didn't really tell us), then the scripts and supporting
sites are working, at least to the degree we aim to provide here.

I would definitely check with the SIP Sorcery support forums since they handle
these types of questions. Sorry if it seems like I'm duckin'.

You are right. I can make outbound calls without any problems. You can close
the issue and I will request for help in Sip Sorcery Forum.

Thanks,
