x-lite sipsorcery k2 number No sound on call incoming or outgoing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open x-lite
2. make a call with established sipsorcery and k2 number, or receive a call.
3. call establishes. connection made.
4. No SOUND on call.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to have sound on the call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
x-lite 4 and windows 7 with a d-link router, on a toshiba laptop

Please provide any additional information below.

I figured it out, found another artical finally on it and used the stun server 
provided.
