"#" not accepted by my PAP2 ... and "@local" <== what does this mean ? #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dial ANY number starting with "#" ==> busy signal
==> I think this is a DEVICE issue (I guess)... but I still hope you have a
pointer or two to correct this.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should start dialing and kicking off dial plan ==> it does NOT

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SS

Please provide any additional information below.

In the COMPLEX DP you have a line "callswitch("#{user}@local[fu=#{name}]",45)"

WHAT does the "@local" mean ... is this just a provider you use? Anything
special (e.g. keep local call local? How?)

Thanks for any help.

Robert

Found a SOLUTION for the first part. Apparently I need to adjust / configure
the DIAL PLAN on my device. Here is a TUTORIAL:

Thank you for opening a ticket and for posting the update. I'm afraid I'm going
to have to leave the second part for Mike, our resident script writer. I will
ping him if he doesn't see this shortly.
