480 error while dialing international call #153

While dialing to international call, I am getting 480 error.

Sometimes it happens that I already called to a number and had discussion with 
the concerned person, but suddenly on next call, it gives me 480 error.

I can not even call to toll free numbers of Australia +611300XXXXXX
It gives me 480 error.
What can I do to resolve it.
Please do suggest me.
