WhitePages.com no longer going to be free #155

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use WhitePages API Key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Still works but only until Jan 16, 2014.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Advanced Dialplan with CNAM

Please provide any additional information below.

Whitepages.com stated they are no longer going to offer free API keys so this 
is going to stop the use of it in the dialplan.

Can another service be put in, because I like what WhitePages offered but if 
can't really be paying for another service at the moment.
