Unable to register sipgate account in sipsorcery

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create new Sipsorcery account
2.Add Sip Provider as Sipgate per instructions / Unable to enter proxy
3.Unable to register - UDP:204.155.28.10:5060 times out.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is a follow-up to a recent thread that is not listed as an issue.  
Instructions indicate entering a proxy field on sipsorcery but there is no 
place to enter one.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm getting the same error 6 days later, there is no place to enter a proxy (on 
Sipsorcery - Add Provider - Advanced Settings) so I deleted and re-added using 
all the other fields. The proxy field shows at the top but no way to add or 
edit it. I think this is why we are both getting the UDP timeout error and not 
because sipgate is down.  Has something changed, is anyone able to create a new 
sipsorcery account to sipgate and have it registered to sipgate ?

SOLVED...

Sorry, it was a newbie error.  The proxy setting is irrelevant.  You must enter 
the "SIP credentials" from sipgate (i.e. your SIPgate individual SIP identifier 
found at the bottom right of the main sipgate screen) and not the sipgate 
account/username password (email/pass) credentials.
