Remove Level Down buttons #251

Comment out the stupid level down buttons, because people in the Discord chat are annoying me "WhY aRe ThEy ThErE iF tHeY DoNt WoRk??"

Side note, I only commented out the section in the UMM section, didn't think I needed to do it in the OwlMod section, but I can if needed
