Can't select bloodline for sorcerer when respecing

I respecced Daeran to draconic bloodline sorcerer/scaled fist monk/dragon disciple but I chose a bad mythic companion ability.

I went to respec him again, however when doing so it does not allow me to select a bloodline. I can proceed without a bloodline, oddly.

I also have just recently installed TabletopTweaks.

I have a suspicion it's remembering certain things from the same build, same as nenio sometimes is stuck with her keen spec and my latest attempt at rolling cleric seemed to allow me to pick the domains she already had before the respec, even though they weren't part of her deity's domains.
