Mythic visual FX reset #60

Describe the bug Mythic visuals such as Azata butterflies around the character disappear upon loading into a new area.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Pick a mythic like Azata
  2. Go into a new zone (like go from alushinyrra upper city to lower city)
  3. Mythic FX is gone and needs to be toggled back and forth in the "equipment" tab of VA.

Expected behavior The mythic visual FX should always stay on.
