Some changes simply not sticking #104

i have noticed a handful of EE-related changes not sticking on save/load and cell changes, for example i change Lann's EEs to give him bloodranger outfit + monk outfit on top + bloodrager boots on top of monk's, giving him this specific look: https://i.gyazo.com/85a9291f0af9a3c59903db1ba614bec6.png

but on saving and loading/cell changes or even when using the alt+x hotkey to refresh the grey skin bug he reverts to this: https://i.gyazo.com/5a7ae89b27aa071b6cdf9d66167f7a0b.png (notice that colors are also reseting to color 0, grey)

also noticed that some items dont get their colors applied outside of inventory ui, for example the 'colored' cloak variants

I had the same issue with the Kinetiscist tattoo's. Each time I quick-save, the tattoo's for the elemental focus appears. I had added all four of the elements, leading it to be a horrific mess... Version 1.13.3
