ComVisible #600

Hi,
is there any reason why ComVisible property in AssemblyInfo.cs is set to false?
I need to use RegAsm.exe to create a COM Callable Wrapper around 
OpenHardwareMonitorlib.dll assembly but if ComVisible is set to false Regasm 
fails to register assembly types.
