Call ormolu in makefile #50

Meant to do this, but forgot and now am away from computer.

There also seems to be a GitHub Action about ormolu. What is that supposed to do?

Ah nice! The GitHub action should call the formatter as part of the ci check and throw an error if you commit without formatting
