Update/postcollection css

Hi all, I made some improvements to the PostCollection component. I think they can be pulled. Let me know what you think.

Updates:

Fixes the “See more posts” button becoming cutoff when the screen size is narrow
Fixes a bug in the “See more posts” button implementation. (I was storing a variable in the backend that should have been in the frontend)
Adds some text to indicate when a search returns with no results
Integrates the “See more posts” feature with the search filters
Adjust the toolbar padding and positioning
Moves post.css into the styles folder finally. (It no longer seems to cause a bug now)
Change the deployment branch from project_5 to final_project. (I made a final_project branch)
