Where is the source for libc32s.lib? #29

The subject says it all. This file just pops up magically in the release zip files, but the only trace of it that I can find is in an old HXDEV.TXT file stating that it was renamed from dcrt.

Yeah, it's a - rather incomplete - CRT, suitable only for small tools using stdio functions.
