Does it support MW-DMA2 (430FX 430HX Intel Chipsets) #1

hello,

When I run this drive in Dos7.1 on a Intel 430FX or HX chipset I get the following error: IDE0 Controller at address 6000, I.D. Code 80861230h. EDD data BAD, unit 80

These chipsets supports modes up to MW-DMA2. Is the driver backwards compatible with these slower DMA modes.

I'm afraid this driver supports UDMA modes only.
