Silk Brower Cursor Missing #34

Fire TV Stick 4K; Android 7.1.2; Fire OS 6.2.5.8; using LauncherHijack V4.0.2 Silk Browser cursor is missing and doesn't show on screen. The page can be navigated using the remote (up and down, left and right) but you can not see the cursor on screen to make a selection. Tried with 3 different launchers (AppStarter, HAL, ATV Launcher) and Silk Browser cursor is missing in all of them but if I uninstall LauncherHijack V4.0.2 Silk Browser cursor returns and everything works.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. If you are still having the issue can you check if disabling any of the options on the launcher hijack settings menu resolves the issue?

Hi BaronKiko, thanks for getting back to me and hope you enjoyed the holidays. Tried disabling various settings (hardware detection, disable while menu is held and various other combinations along with rebooting in between) but the cursor on Silk Browser is still missing. Interesting thing in Silk Browser using LauncherHijack; there is an orange progress bar that appears along the top of the screen as the page is loading that is not present if LauncherHijack is uninstalled and you use normal Fire TV Stick 4K launcher??

Well that's not really what I wanted to hear :) I will get my fire TV out tomorrow if I get time and try replicate it.

Someone made a fully working clone! https://www.mediafire.com/file/kqa89yndk468itf/Launcher.Hijack.v.4.0.3.b.43.Clone.apk

It started on Fire Phones and tablets and now tvs!

@BaronKiko any ideas what could be causing this? I've the same issue and am happy to help out with development but I'm not up2date with Android SDKs... any pointers? Bubble up key presses for up/down/left/right maybe?
