Pedro requested graphs of parental guide info over time. Create them

Have got this mostly done.

Have plots by Certificate of different guides over time. Have plots by Parental Guides of different Certificates over time

Have plots by Certificate and Guide of number of movies (line superimposed on Area plot: BUT these plots do not always look right.

Graphs are done. There is still a glitch affecting some graphs where areas of the stacked area plots are missing, but I will leave that for now.
