US Rating classifications include a lot that are not MPAA classifications. Can we clean them?

Is there some way to encode the unknown ratings to known MPAA ones?

On investigation this seems mostly due to titles which have multiple ratings in their US rating - some MPAA, some other categories. The number without an MPAA rating is fairly small.

Further investigation is possible, but leave this for now.
