Handling of bad tconst codes #4

In a recent update there was a bad tconst value which caused the parental update program to not terminate.. Need to check for these, and if one is encountered remove it from the list of IDs to update instead of retrying constantly.

This did not recur on subsequent updates. Will ignore this problem for now.
