Separate upkeep/production totals #60

From Adouge Obrian in the Pardus forum:

In the buildings tab, there is a total for each commodity underneath all the tracked buildings Could you perhaps add two more rows, one for the total commodities in stock, and one for the total required to stock?

This would be really helpful for sectors where not all buildings need to be stocked all the time
