Initial commit of servo capable TeleOp mode. Telemetry outputs servo position to help aid in tuning at next in-person practice.
Movable deflector was removed in favor of fixed deflector around the date of meet three. Control of deflector was removed from co-driver controller. See issue 7. Closing issue.

Build team added a ring deflector to allow more precision of ring trajectory. They are planning to add a servo to control the pitch of the deflector.
Build team is asking the programming team to add in servo capability to help control pitch of deflector and trajectory of ring.
