Frontend text EN instead of FR #591

Firefox 123.0.1

Request headers do have Accept-Language: fr,fr-FR;q=0.8,en-US;q=0.5,en;q=0.3, but then the i18n lib says i18next: languageChanged fr-FR and the UI shows up in EN.

Ubuntu 22.04, Chromium 123.0.6312.86 -> no problem, text shows up in FR
