Game: duel_ongoing -> duels + duel_ongoing()
Game: add to_next_duel(), is_over(), to_json()
Player: deck_in_duel -> deck_in_duel()
Deck: add is_undisclosed(), is_in_duel()
Duel: add start(), is_over(), to_next_round(), is_ongoing(), is_finished()
Card: add is_joker()
