Automates bundling dylibs and updating references in CI job using this script
Includes updated binaries for GCC, binutils and FS-UAE (I've updated the CI script for FS-UAE in its own repo)
Builds using MacOS 11 for better compatibility

should I wait with merging until we have confirmed it works as per #192 and #193 ?
