[BUG]: Custom download folder resetting on LLT reload

What's wrong?

When setting a custom download folder in the Packages section of LLT, the chose folder won't stick when you reload LLT (or restart the computer, for that matter). This has been happening since my first-used version of LLT, so isn't a bug specific to the latest BETA version.

How to reproduce the bug?

1. Open LLT.
2. Go to 'Packages'.
3. Change the download folder to a custom one.
4. Quit and restart LLT.
5. Download folder is reset to the standard Windows Download folder.

What is the behavior that you expected?

LLT would remember my choice for a download folder.
