Fix typos #23

The book has a few typos. I liked "assing" for "assign". It is probably normal to fix those at the end. However having nothing better to do I ran LTeX over it (https://valentjn.github.io/ltex/). I accepted some of its suggestions. In a few places I did a fix that was not from its offered list. I hope this is useful, if not please ignore. LTeX was keen to add more commas and hyphens, but I mostly ignored that.

First of all, thank you! I have a problem, though. I have a bunch of my own local changes, and I hate how GitHub deals with conflicts. I wonder if I could accept some of your edits and incorporate the remaining changes in my own edits. I'm alredy asked to resolve conflicts in 9-NaturalTransformations.

I don't have a lot of git experience. If you want to apply some of the changes on your local machine rather than on github then that is fine with me. If I need to do anything to help with that then let me know.
