According to JRMO SOP, research projects need to be archived for the following length of time:
The start of the retention period is the date of the end of study notification.
Research falling under remit of the MHRA or international equivalent 25 years Advanced therapy medicinal products (as defined by the MHRA) 30 years Interventional studies - Research where the participants’ care or treatment is being changed 25 years Research studies - Any clinical research study where there is no change to the participants’ care or treatment, and any nonclinical research study 5 years.
_The type of research projects we will provide data for are Research Studies, which need to be archived for 5 years.__
This is a general ticket to reflect a requirement to understand a process for managing the backups of TRE related services and data.
Having a quick glance over the existing resources, the TRE config can be accesed via Cosmos DB to see any deployed templates, as well as actual resoruces.
For specific resources such as Workspace VMs there were no backup policies deployed, and will require backup policies setup.
