Will you bring additional data into the SDE

  1. please remove "reason" from the top of the yes/no buttons
  2. if the answer is yes a. the next page asks "Will you bring additional data into the SDE", which is a repeat of the questions. It should ask "Reason for bringing additional data". b."Will you take data out of the SDE" question is not dependent on this question, it should be a question on its own. If you answer yes, the next page asks you the same question again, it should be asking "Reason for taking data out of the SDE".

Second part of the issue has not been actioned:
