Top/Bottom Jump' feature request #85

One idea as below:

Float button that can perform list position jump, such as "jump to top" or "jump to bottom".

I think it's nice when scroll among the list with hundreds of torrents.

double tap server title to jump top may be better. and should display the scroll bar at the right or left edge when scroll among torrents. float button act as ADD function sounds fantastic.
