Waila/Hwyla Support in 1.12.2 #139

Apparently there is no support for waila/hwyla in 1.12.2 SkyResources. Adding that would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry...I think the The One Probe is a better tooltip mod, I see no reason to support another.
