Add some kind of antigrief protection #15

Please add some kind of antigrief protection. Only island owner/party member should be able to block place/break, interact with mobs, open containers (chests, furnaces, etc.)

This will be great for public multiplayer servers.

I probably will not be adding this in.

I would use FTBUtils, once it's updated and not crashing of course.
