Dupe bug using Smart Combustion #156

Using multiple Smart Combustion Controllers in a single multiblock structure causes the output items to get produced a lot more than theyy should. For example, I threw resources in to make 50 Dark Matter, the multiblock has 4 Smart Combustion controllers, i ended up with 154 Dark Matter.
