Protection of spawn island doesn't work #41

Apparently if server.properties spawn protection is set to 0, the spawn protection in the vic config is ignored. Or it is broken!

If it stops working when spawn protection is 0....I'm willing to bet that the PlayerInteractEvent is cancelled, so it doesn't even check other mods
