Button problems

Reset does nothing? Add and Copy should be separate buttons Ok and Apply don't enable consistly at the same time Ok, Apply and Cancel look non standard (weird spacing)

Appearance problems

Ugly border around description Strange filter ui Scroll bars are not "idea like"

Appearance problems and OK, Apply & Cancel button problems are fixed.
