So according to the warning the AndroidManifest.xml file contains the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission. The best way to find out how it got there is to check the build/app/outputs/logs/manifest-merger-release-report.txt file of your release build. This file contains all information on how the final AndroidManifest.xml is created and where permissions might came from.
If you could post the contents of this file here, I might be able to help you locate the issue.

After adding this package got a warning from Google like this: Update from Google for android apps, If your app requires the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission, you need to submit the declaration form in Play Console. Otherwise, you will not be able to submit new apps or app updates. Action required: If your app does not require use of the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission, you must remove the permission from your app manifest. If your app requires use of the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission, you’ll need to provide a description and short video of the core feature in your app that requires this permission.
Even iam not using QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES in my project
