Default Y-axis label in plot #58

I noticed that the default y-axis on the produced plot in Cluster_profiles is the same as the filename of the input data. If this is intended, I don't think it is a good default, and should be probably changed to 'z-score' or a similar metric. Would be glad to fix this, or to allow for more flexibility.

Thanks for your post, Ivan. Have you run this on a single dataset or multiple datasets? For multiple datasets, the name of the dataset is useful to appear as the y-label. For a single dataset it makes sense to write "gene expression" or, if z-scores were calculated, "z-scores". Some users might not use "z-scores" as their data normalisation technique

It was a single dataset. that's why I was a bit confused by the label.
