Hi Basel, Thanks for creating "clust" which I am currently using for one of my projects. I am looking for the information about how expression values in replicates are collapsed to one (per condition) value in clust. Could you please point me to the details regarding this? Thanking you, Sam

Hi Sam,

Thanks for using clust. Replicates are summarised by taking their median value.
