Adding entities to a catagory in the main Floor tab causes them to be listed in other mod's subcatagories #314

Mods adding additional categories to the base floor palettes can cause other mods' entities to be incorrectly listed. Images show Basement Renovator with and without Fiend Folio enabled. Restored Monsters adds one enemy to Dank Depths, but it keeps being listed under Degraded Bosses. Crabby's Cretins is enabled in both images and Dank Gazing Globin is in the correct place.
