Fixed being able to change names during a matchmaking game

Now this feature only confuses people, because now the name of the bot changes only in the next match. For example, a tool detected the theft of a player's name and reported it in chat, but the name of the bot that did it has not changed. Don't remove the "Mark accounts with stolen name as bots" feature, it is still useful.

I think this should be updated to accomodate instead of removed.
