Add friends in current server indicator #49

This PR adds little indicators to be able to see which players are friends on steam. This makes it easier to identify friends of cheaters who might try to stop a votekick.

Apologies for taking so long to look at this, but this is excellent! I don't really maintain this project anymore but more than welcome this contribution :)

I am also a fan of your approach to identifying parties and may adapt some of this into a similar feature in MAC.
