Bug:Dropdown Not Closing When Clicked Outside #37

Description: The "Customizer tools" dropdown in the navigation bar does not close when clicking outside of the dropdown area. The expected behavior is that the dropdown should close when the user clicks anywhere outside of the dropdown.

Steps to Reproduce:

Click the "Customizer tools" button in the navigation bar to open the dropdown. Try clicking anywhere outside of the dropdown area. Expected Behavior: The dropdown should close when clicking anywhere outside of the dropdown area.

Actual Behavior: The dropdown remains open even when clicking outside of the dropdown area.
