a readme telling about the template it is a template for apk of twrp theme , twrp is a custom android recovery a guide is to be included on how to use it with help of android studio and explain its components and please add pics too

A guide is not necessary Here!! Simply Replace the images with your theme images. Mind Resolutions and 9pngs If any!!
